I am enjoying this community. I am hoping we get more residents and activities Maintenance is a significant concern, especially the outside doors that do not latch or lock.

Kim Jones, Solae’s realtor is fabulous. All questions were answered, spent time showing me all apt options and amenities. She made I felt secure either way all my decisions. I would recommend Kim to any of my friends looking for 55+ apartments

Gorgeous luxury apartments. I am not of age to live here, but since it reminds me a lot of University living amongst your best friends, I am so jealous of that feature and wish I could move in here! Weekly events, themed parties, bar attendants monthly, catered and pool parties, Braves Game outings, instructor-led exercise classes, 2 gyms, weekly water aerobics, craft room, bocce court, & pickleball court are all included in the rent. Such a strong sense of common respect and community. Weekly pest control and landscaping, forget about the worries of upkeep when you move in here.

We have lived at Solea for one year now, and have enjoyed our home. The environment is excellent. Kudos to the management staff’s friendly and professional attitude. A special shout out to Jessica, who is always ready to provide assistance to residents whenever an issue arises. She is representative of the entire staffs care and consideration towards our community.

I really appreciate Jessica making arrangements to let us use another washer while we were waiting for our part to arrive. I also very much liked the fact that a new part was ordered and a technician from Flamingo Appliance Repair replaced it

This was a manufactured part that failed and the part had to be ordered which was out of Soleas control I was graciously allowed to use a washer in an empty apartment until the part arrived
