I have never been disappointed with maintenance completed by Eric. As busy as he is, he is always promptly fixes any problem. Eric always has a smile, never makes you feel that your taking up his time and not leave until he is sure all is as it should be

Eric replaced the ceiling fan in the master bedroom due to the other one making such a loud noise. Now after running the new fan in the bedroom for the past several nights this one too is making a rattling noise. This is because of the cheap products purchased from headquarters low quality appliances as well.

Gorgeous luxury apartments. Weekly events, themed parties, bar attendants monthly, catered and pool parties, Braves Game outings, instructor-led exercise classes, 2 gyms, weekly water aerobics, craft room, bocce court, & pickleball court are all included in the rent. Such a strong sense of common respect and community. Weekly pest control and landscaping, forget about the worries of upkeep when you move in here

We have lived at Solea for one year now, and have enjoyed our home. The environment is excellent. Kudos to the management staff’s friendly and professional attitude. A special shout out to Jessica, who is always ready to provide assistance to residents whenever an issue arises. This was a manufactured part that failed and the part had to be ordered which was out of Soleas control I was graciously allowed to use a washer in an empty apartment until the part arrived

I thought that no air conditioning in the hallway would be a hard problem to solve, but it was taken care of. We have no thermostat in our hallway, so I don’t know how they did it.

All staff employees are excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. They all make you feel you're wanted. Will do everything to help you. But, unfortunately, the Break the lease program did not work for us! Example. I have a lease ending 12/31, and my manager is making every effort to help. I have rented since 9/09/22, rent paid on time, no noise complaints. I have been dealing with noise from the apartment below, has notified the manager each time, but nothing has been done!

Too many additional fees- re: trash , carport,water/sewer, basic cable. Additional $750 “social” ridiculous for a rental - Kim the sales person is extremely nice & informative!

I have lived here about a month I have no complaints. The community has many great activities. The people are very nice and friendly The staff, Marina and the gang are so wonderful. They are so helpful, kind, considerate. I highly recommend this community. It is the first one I have ever lived in and am very happy here. Maintenance is right on the spot when you need something done. it is a wonderful place for 55 and older

Solea is a great place to live, it is a 55+ community. My wife and I have been there for 2 months and we experienced a wonderful experience, the manager, Marina and her staff have a great customer service; in the short time that we have been, they keep us busy with all kinds of activities; this is a place for seniors who want to keep active.

I am so happy I made the move to Solea at Wellen Park. I love my apartment. The staff all of them Michelle, Susan, and Julie worked with me and were so patient as my move was schedule when a hurricane was about to hit!!! The maintenance staff is so prompt and gets requests done the first time!!!! I love it here!!! Everything is so beautiful the clubhouse is amazing. I would recommend this community to my friends and I have.
