The request was for a maintenance issue in the courtyard & at the pool if the community manager was making routine inspections then the residents would not have to report the maintenance request ever since rent cafe went through an update it is harder to log in and make requests

The Staff is wonderful. Enjoyed seeing the community , model & apt. The community manager, Kim, is wonderful, knowledgeable, patient & a lovely person. She showed me the apt numerous times & helped me to understand which would work for me. The community was lovely & enjoyed seeing all the amenities… The residents were friendly & very kind to me when I visited there. The entire staff at Solea was very helpful and very pleasant each time I asked to visit & see a model or apt. Thank you.

Truly awesome experience. The SOLEA TEAM is one of a kind, very knowledgeable, extremely patient and so very kind. Natalia walked us through the entire application process so smoothly. Love that. Jessica provided a lovely tour of the fabulous community and available units, so many options, it was great. Kim was very welcoming and answered all our questions. We just had to share our experience and our appreciation as it has been hands down 10 out of 10 ! We found our new home, thank you SOLEA.

I wanted to love my parents down from us north and had no idea where to start. I knew I wanted them to be close by to me so with a short google search, and amazing reviews I chose Solea for them. From the moment I drove up I was impressed! It’s gorgeous all around. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica who took me on a tour and it was very informative and she was very knowledgeable with the millions of questions I had. I shared the great news with my parents and they can’t wait to meet their new friends!

I have lived in several apartment complexes and one other 55+. This is by far the nicest I’ve seen. Natalia was friendly and professional. As soon as I am close to my lease expiring, I plan on renting here. Centrally located to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I am excited.

Solea 55+ is a 55 and older community located on West Villages Parkway on the way to CoolToday Park, the Atlanta Braves’ spring training facility. As of March 1, marking the beginning of a fifth month living here, the experience has been life-changing. What began with uncertainty quickly turned into a deep appreciation and love for the community. After initially deciding it wasn’t the right fit, intuition forced a return visit two days later. That return visit made it clear this was exactly where I was meant to be. The facility offers a vibrant lifestyle with monthly activity calendars, an awesome pool, a beautiful clubhouse, gym, club room, meeting spaces, exercise rooms, and perfectly maintained facility and landscaping. The staff is patient, supportive, caring, and consistently advocates for residents, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. Gorgeous luxury apartments. Weekly events, themed parties, bar attendants monthly, catered and pool parties, Braves Game outings, instructor-led exercise classes, 2 gyms, weekly water aerobics, craft room, bocce court, & pickleball court are all included in the rent. Such a strong sense of common respect and community. Weekly pest control and landscaping, forget about the worries of upkeep when you move in here

I have lived here about a month I have no complaints. The community has many great activities. The people are very nice and friendly The staff, Marina and the gang are so wonderful. They are so helpful, kind, considerate. I highly recommend this community. It is the first one I have ever lived in and am very happy here. Maintenance is right on the spot when you need something done. it is a wonderful place for 55 and older

Solea is a great place to live, it is a 55+ community. My wife and I have been there for 2 months and we experienced a wonderful experience, the manager, Marina and her staff have a great customer service; in the short time that we have been, they keep us busy with all kinds of activities; this is a place for seniors who want to keep active.

I am so happy I made the move to Solea at Wellen Park. I love my apartment. The maintenance staff is so prompt and gets requests done the first time!!!! I love it here!!! Everything is so beautiful the clubhouse is amazing. I would recommend this community to my friends, and I have.
